Job Title: Senior HR Executive – TPFS, West Region

Exp :2+yrs

CTC : 4.2 to 4.8lpa

Location : Pune (Magarpatta)

Job Purpose:

▪ To work as directed by the Omnex Quality Academy (OQA) Business Head / HR Head to execute the projects as per defined process.

▪ To be responsible and accountable for end-to-end sourcing & recruitment, admin process for TPFS business.

Main Responsibilities:

1 Understand the TPFS Customers profile, products, location, job role and Customer specific requirements and plan the souring and recruitment activities to deploy the skilled resources on-time. 2 Execute the task as per the daily plan and take proactive & conditionally actions if any gaps were there.

3 Sourcing profiles from various sources like Naukri, Indeed, Employee referral and follows the below actions for TPFS





4 Maintain all sourcing & recruitment documents (both e-record and manual)

5 Monitor and measure the deliverables of sourcing & recruitment and deployment process

6 Update periodically all MIS and submit to Business head / HR head

7 Effectively using digital marketing for souring & recruitment process

8 Execution of exit process as per the standard practices and reporting the outcomes to Business head / HR head.

9 To prepare standards, procedures and submit management reports for the monthly business review (MBR) meetings on time.
