About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This is a recruitment delivery role, not an HR operations or administrative HR position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, follow-ups, and achieving hiring targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and existing talent pools.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period, location preference, and role fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to successful candidate joining.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, salary discussions, documentation, and offer rollouts.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during notice periods and pre-joining stages to reduce backouts.
- Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring quality candidate submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, recruitment pipeline, interview status, follow-up schedules, and candidate updates.
- Ensure same-day CRM updates and disciplined recruitment process compliance.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- 80–100 meaningful candidate calls or productive outreach daily.
- 8–10 quality screened candidate submissions per day (depending on role complexity).
- 100% same-day ATS/CRM updates.
- Daily tracking of interviews, offers, notice periods, and joining status.
- Consistent achievement of monthly joining targets.
- Robust submission-to-interview and offer-to-joining conversion ratios.
