About Us

DIGI FINTECH is a fast-growing financial services company helping customers with Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property through leading banks and NBFCs. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecallers to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

· Call customers from company-provided leads.

· Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

· Generate quality leads and convert them into applications.

· Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

· Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.





· Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

· Sales/Telecalling experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or BPO is preferred.

· Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
