About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Business Operations Associate
to work closely with the founders. This is a cross-functional role that spans business operations, marketing, human resources, customer engagement, and strategic initiatives.

No two days will be the same. You'll have the prospect to contribute to company building while gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions.





Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and internal activities.
- Track projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and business documentation.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency.

Marketing & Business Development
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media activities.
- Coordinate website content, marketing collateral, and product announcements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with lead generation, customer outreach, and partnership initiatives.
- Support events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

Human Resources
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
