Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Campaigns will design, deliver, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support our global go-to-market strategy.

You will partner closely with senior internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the sales and business development teams to translate market insights, business priorities, and buyer needs into high-impact, multichannel campaigns and programs.

This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who combines solid planning capabilities with hands-on execution and a passion for creating measurable, client-centric campaigns that advance pipeline and revenue goals.

Role & responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated campaign strategies that support key business priorities including demand and lead generation, client retention, and brand awareness/consideration.
- Partner with senior internal stakeholders, business development, and sales to define campaign objectives, audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
- Leverage data, market intelligence,



and competitive insights to shape campaign themes, identify target segments, and refine buyer personas.
- Build campaign plans that align content, digital, events, and outreach tactics across the full buyer journey.

Campaign Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, social, email, events (virtual and in-person), and ABM motions.
- Ensure messaging relevance by aligning content and assets to target personas and buyer journey stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
- Maintain creative and brand consistency across all touchpoints while ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal review processes.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and agency or vendor partners as needed to deliver high-quality, on-time campaign execution.
