Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and promoting the organization's products or services. Daily tasks also include building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and effectively achieving sales targets through outstanding communication and persuasion skills.

Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and secure potential customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients
- Experience in Customer Support to manage inquiries and provide solutions
- Strong ability to work in a team-oriented setting and achieve goals
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A prior background in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
