Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer

Location: Hyderabad(with regional travel)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Installation, Maintenance, and Technical support for our full portfolio of medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) within medical equipment, ensuring rapid and precise recovery of device functionality
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to educate and inspire prospective and existing customers
- Respond promptly to service calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver on-site and in-house technical resolutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose solutions,



and support sales conversions
- Train end-users and staff on proper equipment handling, care, and basic troubleshooting
- Prepare service and demo reports, maintain documentation, and update CRM tools
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Stay current with product developments, industry standards, and best repair practices
- Participate in product launches, workshops, and events as the technical expert
- Travel within your region as needed for service and demo activities

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Solid hands-on experience in PCB repair and soldering techniques is a must
- Experience servicing medical equipment preferred (freshers with solid PCB repair skills are welcome)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and client training
