**Job Title:** Sales Manager **Company:** Digital Das **Location:** Gomti Nagar, Lucknow **Experience:** 2–5 Years **Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 per month **Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM **Weekly Off:** Sunday ### Roles & Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. * Generate current business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. * Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation. * Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management to improve sales performance. * Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closure of sales opportunities. ### Requirements * Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of sales experience. * Prior experience as a Team Lead or in managing a sales team is mandatory. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. * Must own a bike for field visits. * Personal laptop is mandatory. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
