Role Description
The Business Development Engineer – NPI is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing current product introduction (NPI) opportunities in alignment with Leapfrog’s engineering and EPCC capabilities.



Day-to-day tasks include researching market segments, analyzing client requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams to translate customer needs into viable solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting virtual meetings and presentations, and following up on leads to secure new business. The Business Development Engineer – NPI will also track industry trends, support bid and tender processes, and provide regular reporting on business development activities and performance metrics.
