SAN Engineering Solutions is hiring an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in #ElectricalDesign, #CableHarnessDesign, #ElectricalSchematics, and #ControlPanelDesign.
Key Responsibilities
• Design cable harness assemblies and develop electrical interface schematics and interconnects.
• Design electrical control panels, OEM power supplies, protection circuits, and control circuits using industry best practices in #ElectricalEngineering.
• Select OEM electrical components based on project requirements.
• Prepare engineering drawings, engineering specification documents, and BOMs for cable and harness assemblies.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in electrical component selection, circuit sizing, connectors,
and cable harness design.
• Experience in developing electrical schematics, interconnects, and cable harness designs using #E3Series or #EPLAN.
• Working knowledge of #UL508, #CE, and #IPC standards.
• Positive understanding of #IndustrialAutomation and plant/process automation.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with suppliers and vendors.
• Knowledge of #Creo, #UGNX, and 3D cable routing.
• Familiarity with #Teamcenter Engineering PLM.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management.
• Experience working with North American engineering teams.
Preferred Industry
Candidates with experience in the #MachineTool, #Semiconductor, #Automotive, #AutomotiveAncillary, or #Aerospace industries are encouraged to apply.
