Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth for health monitoring equipment and personal care products. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports,



monitoring performance against goals, mentoring team members, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Manager will actively represent Zealo Healthcare in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health products.
- Strong skills in business development, account management, and relationship building with corporate and institutional clients.
