Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with HR.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Publish job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive negotiation and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
