Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Member of Technical Staff Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, cloud-native applications using Python and React. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in backend development, modern frontend technologies, distributed systems, and cloud platforms. You will take end-to-end ownership of product features, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is best suited for strong individual contributors who enjoy solving complex engineering problems while building highly scalable products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
- Build scalable backend services and microservices using REST APIs and gRPC.
- Develop backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Design scalable application architecture and contribute to system design discussions.




- Optimize PostgreSQL databases through efficient schema design, indexing, and query tuning.
- Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
- Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Take ownership of production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong frontend development experience using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
