We are looking for an R&D; Executive to support recent product development, product improvement, and commercialization. The ideal candidate will be involved in formulation, product trials, documentation, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in new product development, formulation, and product optimization.
- Conduct laboratory, kitchen, and plant trials, and support commercialization activities.
- Improve existing products for taste, texture, shelf life, cost, and process efficiency.
- Evaluate new ingredients and support research on market trends and product innovation.
- Prepare product specifications, formulations, batch sheets, trial reports, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for successful product development and launch.
