Role Description
The Fashion Merchandising Intern will support the merchandising and retail team in managing product assortments, visual displays, and inventory for ethnic fashion collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with trend research, analyzing sales data, preparing merchandising reports, and coordinating with design and production teams on product launches. The intern will help organize and maintain showroom samples, support visual merchandising efforts for in-store displays,



and contribute to styling and product presentation. This is an internship role, based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and will provide hands-on exposure to fashion retail operations and merchandising processes.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in fashion, ethnic wear, and merchandising, with an understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel or similar tools) to support sales and inventory tracking.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing samples, product information, and store displays.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, and retail teams.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt to a quick-paced retail environment.
