The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, A/B testing, ROI analysis, marketing analytics, and vendor management. This role requires someone who can drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing performance, and deliver measurable business growth through digital channels.

Responsibilities

1. Driving end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta,



and other digital platforms.
2. Managing customer acquisition strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion.
3. Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
4. Conducting A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
5. Analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards to generate actionable insights.
6. Collaborating with creative, sales, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
7. Managing digital marketing agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
8. Preparing regular MIS reports and presenting campaign performance to business stakeholders.
9. Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
10. Managing campaign budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal marketing returns.
