About the Company

Trinetra Ventures India Private Limited operates in the hospitality sector, including restaurants, banquet halls, and hotel businesses. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle accounting operations and statutory compliances related to the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.

•⁠ ⁠Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

•⁠ ⁠Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

•⁠ ⁠Process vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.

Statutory & Compliance Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Complete handling of GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and assessments.

•⁠ ⁠Complete handling of TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit, return filing, and reconciliations.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation requirements applicable to the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and banquet operations.

•⁠ ⁠Regular monitoring of government portals and timely statutory submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

•⁠ ⁠Solid working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally
