Ltd is looking for Mentors for its students.

Job Summary: We are seeking Educators (Professors /Lecturers) to join our team as a Part time Mentors. In this role, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our students, helping them in researching their project topic and preparation of a research paper. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering the growth and development of young professionals and willing to give 10-12 hours of their time in a month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, offering guidance on projects and professional development.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor progress and address any challenges they may face.




- Assist students in setting and achieving their learning objectives.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive experience.
- Maintain open communication with students and address any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Professors (Ph.D) /Lecturers (Masters)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for helping others succeed and grow professionally.
- Availability to commit to a part-time schedule, with flexibility to meet the needs of students.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students/research.
- Knowledge of industry-specific skills and trends.
