Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hosur. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting 3D printing and rapid prototyping services, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and demos, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.



The specialist will support marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, promotional events, and content for sales materials to increase brand visibility and demand. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to understand service capabilities, providing customer training or product walk-throughs where needed, and tracking sales performance to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide excellent support.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to handle lead generation, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training customers or internal teams on products, services, or processes.
- Familiarity with marketing activities such as basic digital marketing, lead nurturing, and participation in events or campaigns.
