1. Project Planning & Execution
- Master Scheduling: Develop and monitor the micro and macro execution schedules using project management tools. Ensure strict adherence to timelines.
- Site Mobilization: Oversee the deployment of manpower, machinery (hot mix plants, pavers, and excavators), and site setup.
- Execution Control: Ensure construction aligns precisely with engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and IRC (Indian Roads Congress) standards.

2. Financial & Contract Management
- Budget Tracking: Take ownership of the project P&L;, ensuring the 80 Cr budget is utilized efficiently with minimal wastage.
- Billing & Invoicing: Oversee the timely preparation and submission of RA (Running Account) bills. Ensure quick realization of payments from government clients.
- Subcontractor Management: Negotiate with and manage subcontractors, labor contractors, and material vendors.

3. Resource & Material Planning
- Procurement Forecasting: Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely procurement of critical materials like bitumen, crushed stone, cement,



and steel.
- Inventory Control: Monitor material consumption on-site to prevent theft, wastage, and cost overruns.

4. Liaisoning & Compliance
- Government Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and local administrative bodies for approvals and inspections.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict in office quality testing of materials and execution processes (slump tests, compaction tests, etc.).
- Safety (HSE): Maintain zero-tolerance safety protocols to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (construction management).
- A diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in civil engineering is required.
- Proven expertise in civil project management; knowledge of building codes & regulations is an asset.
