About the Role

Maxpo Exhibitions is looking for a dynamic and research-driven
Conference Producer
to join our team for the
FPS Singapore
project. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in
Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields
who are passionate about business events, content creation, industry research, and stakeholder engagement.

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing conference agendas, identifying industry trends, connecting with thought leaders, and ensuring high-quality content for an international conference.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify emerging trends and conference themes.
- Develop conference agendas, session topics, and speaker formats aligned with industry requirements.
- Identify, approach, and coordinate with industry experts,



CXOs, policymakers, and thought leaders.
- Assist in speaker outreach, invitation management, and relationship building.
- Prepare speaker briefs, session notes, and moderator guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless conference execution.
- Monitor competitor conferences and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Maintain speaker databases and research documentation.
- Support the event team during pre-event planning and in office conference execution.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in
Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in events, media, journalism, content, or research will be an added advantage.
