We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused HR Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and exit management while aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to plan manpower requirements and hiring budgets
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
- Track recruitment KPIs .
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs
- Ensure smooth joining experience
- Drive new hire engagement and cultural alignment
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and early attrition
- Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks aligned with business goals
- Manage performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
- Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIP)
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning
- Enable continuous feedback culture




- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Manage rewards & recognition programs
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Manage payroll inputs, increments, bonuses, and incentives
- Design and administer compensation and advantages policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation
- Drive process automation and HR analytic
- Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and resolutions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct
- Manage resignation, termination, and retirement processes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
- Ensure full & final settlement and documentation
- Drive retention strategies based on exit insights
