Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
- Assist with admission counselling by reviewing student profiles, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and making recommendations for suitable programs.
- Develop strong relationships with universities and institutions to stay updated on their programs, requirements, and admissions processes.
- Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions with students to help them prepare for standardized tests such as SAT/GRE/GMAT.

Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in education counseling or a related field (career development).
- Robust knowledge of edtech platforms used for online tutoring or test preparation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions about program offerings.
