Digital Marketing Strategist

Role Objective:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Strategist who can develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning campaigns, coordinating with the creative and SEO teams, managing paid advertising, and continuously improving marketing performance through data-driven decisions.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing strategies.
- Build brand awareness through integrated digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, budgets, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, SEO Executives, and Video Editors to execute campaigns.
- Identify current growth opportunities and marketing channels.




- Plan content marketing and social media strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
