The Role
Lead the Marketing Analytics team (3 members) in Scaler's central analytics function. You report to the Head of Analytics and work directly with the CMO.

The core problem: sales dips - is it lead quality or sales follow-up? You answer that with data, and defend it in the room. Lead quality by source, attribution, funnels, spend analysis on recent launches.

Hands-on role. 70-75 percent of your week is your own SQL and Python. If you have stopped writing SQL yourself, this is not for you.

Who should apply
- 6-10 years in analytics, with 1-2 years leading a team or as a senior IC others lean on
- Must have: B2C experience where marketing generates leads and a human sales team converts them - counsellors, BDAs,



telecallers, agents. EdTech, insurance, broking, lending all work
- Strong SQL and Python - we test live on a call
- Numbers on your resume - analysis that changed a spend, routing, or scoring decision
- You use AI in daily analytics work
- Currently based in Bengaluru

Compensation and logistics
- 35-45 LPA + ESOPs
- Electronic City, Bengaluru. Work from office, 5 days a week. No hybrid.
- Notice period 30 days or less preferred. We are moving fast - interview rounds can happen on weekends too.

Process
1. 15-minute pre-screen with MantriAI

2. 45-60 min deeper round with MantriAI - live SQL/Python plus a business case

3. Interview rounds with the Scaler team

4. Final round in person at the Bengaluru office
