Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Conduct HR screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and labour law documentation.
- Manage HR MIS reports and update ERP/HRMS records.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle office administration, vendor coordination,



housekeeping, and facility management.
- Coordinate salary account opening and other employee-related administrative activities.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HRM) / BBA / Any Graduate with HR specialization.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll support, PF & ESI, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP/HRMS, and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
