Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting clients through the real estate buying and selling process. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and conducting site visits.



The role involves maintaining relationships with developers and business partners, following up on leads, and managing inquiries to convert prospects into successful transactions. The Sales Associate will prepare basic proposals and documentation, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure, and keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities. This position also requires staying updated on market trends, inventory, and pricing to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, actively listen, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, prospect follow-up, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.
