Role Description
The Branch Manager role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service. This role includes managing and mentoring the branch team, driving sales of life insurance products, and achieving business targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. The Branch Manager will build and maintain relationships with customers, insurance consultants, and local partners, while promoting Bajaj Life’s solutions and brand values in the market. The role also involves reviewing performance metrics, preparing reports, implementing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.
