Senior Analyst / Principal Analyst / Executive Analyst

Positioning

A recent role created to bring analytical depth and stewardship to the Group CEO's office. The role exists to take cross-functional questions from ambiguous to answered, and to maintain a continuous analytical view across the group's most important themes. Not an administrative role and not a coordination role; the work is analytical, judgement-led, and project-driven, anchored in standing themes of stewardship.

Reporting and location

Reports directly to the Group CEO. Based in Bangalore, with the ability to relocate to Dubai if business needs require.

Structure of the role Theme stewardship (standing accountability)

The role owns analytical ownership of three themes across the group:

1. Group profitability and margins: entity-by-entity margin movement, root-cause understanding, corrective actions.

2. Growth and commercial diagnostics: sales performance, customer concentration, pricing, market trends.

Operations productivity and capability: manufacturing efficiency, automation opportunities, AI applications, cost transformation. The expectation is to always understand the current state of each theme and to surface emerging issues before they are asked about.

Operating rhythm (recurring deliverables)

• Monthly synthesis of business performance for the CEO

• Quarterly deep-dive on one of the three themes.

• Analytical support for the annual business plan. • Analytical support for M&A; diligence as it arises.

Projects (variable load)

Two to four concurrent analytical engagements, typically two to six weeks each, nested within the themes or occasionally outside them. Each project takes a question from framing to recommendation to handover for execution.
