1. Accounting Operations
- Manage daily accounting transactions and book keeping.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure proper journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
2. Team Handling & Supervision
- Lead and supervise the accounts team for daily operations.
- Allocate work responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
- Review accounting entries done by junior team members.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on accounting procedures.
3. Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting
- Monitor raw material accounting (kraft paper, adhesives, inks, chemicals, etc.).
- Track production cost and inventory valuation.
- Verify stock reconciliation between production, stores, and accounts.
- Analyze wastage, scrap accounting, and production cost variance.
4. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Generate management reports related to production cost and profitability.
5. Vendor & Payment Management
- Process vendor payments as per due dates.
- Reconcile vendor balances regularly.
- Maintain payment planning and coordinate with procurement team.
6. Audit Coordination
- Support internal audit and statutory audit activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
