Role Description-

To independently manage the AVAAZ Automation LLP Home Theatre & Automation

Experience Centre, maintain relationships with dealers across India, generate orders through

the dealer network, handle META-generated enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on

leads, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management – All India

• Maintain regular communication with all dealers across India.

• Build strong and long-term dealer relationships.





• Generate repeat orders from existing dealers.

• Identify and support potential new dealers.

• Coordinate pricing, availability, dispatch, and dealer requirements.

• Ensure timely quotations, proforma invoices, and order processing.

• Resolve dealer concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience Centre Operations

• Manage the complete daily operations of the Home Theatre & Automation

Experience Centre.

• Attend walk-in customers and visitors.

• Provide complete demonstrations of Home Theatre, Hi-Fi Audio, and Automation

solutions.

• Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.

• Ensure all demo systems are functioning properly.

• Maintain showroom ambience, cleanliness, and product presentation.

• Coordinate with service/support teams for customer issues.

Customer Interaction & Support

• Speak directly with customers whenever required.
