Digicom Marketing Services is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing team for high-quality content.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze page insights, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve client objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
