- About the Role
- Derma Defyn is looking for an experienced HR Executive with prior experience in the Aesthetic, Dermatology, Skin, or Cosmetic Clinic Industry. The ideal candidate should have robust hiring skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to onboard and train employees to maintain high service standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Recruit and hire candidates for clinic and corporate roles.
- * Source qualified candidates from the aesthetic and skincare industry.
- * Conduct interviews and coordinate the complete recruitment process.
- * Onboard new employees and ensure smooth joining.
- * Provide induction and basic training to new hires.
- * Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring and training needs.
- * Develop and implement employee training programs.
- * Monitor employee performance during the probation period.




- * Maintain HR records, attendance, and recruitment reports.
- * Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Requirements
- * Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience in the Aesthetic, Dermatology, Cosmetic, or Skin Clinic Industry.
- * Strong understanding of clinic operations and industry roles.
- * Excellent recruitment and interviewing skills.
- * Experience in employee onboarding and training.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred
- * Experience in hiring Doctors, Cosmetologists, Therapists, Front Desk Executives, Sales Counselors, Clinic Managers, and Marketing Professionals.
- * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
