Role Description
The Junior Engineer will support design, drafting, and basic analysis activities under the guidance of senior engineers in a full-time, on-site role based in Chikkamagaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, preparing drawings and reports, and updating project records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, attending site or client meetings when required,



and contributing to problem-solving for technical challenges. The Junior Engineer will also help with data collection, simple calculations, and quality checks, while learning company tools, processes, and industry best practices. This position is designed for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience and mentorship in a structured engineering environment.

Qualifications
