responsible for designing and executing the HR strategy to support Payomatix's growth and global operations. Based in
Greater Noida

this role oversees the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.

The Head of HR will develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and processes while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company's vision and values.

Key responsibilities also include managing compensation and benefits frameworks, driving learning and development initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, resolving employee relations matters, implementing performance management systems, overseeing HR reporting and analytics, and continuously improving HR operations and processes to support business growth.
