We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing and be able to manage multiple tasks, follow up with different departments, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments for project execution.
- Track and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Follow up with designers, content writers, video editors, performance marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing campaigns and deliverables.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor progress.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate website, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and content-related activities.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication between teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project coordination.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools is preferred.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
