Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Handle employee on boarding & documentation Maintain attendance, leave records & payroll inputs Manage employee records and HR databases Draft HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and policies Handle F&F; (Full & Final Settlement) process Ensure company policies & compliance are followed
