Role & responsibilities
- Job Title: Project Director Offshore Wind EPCIC
- Location: Mumbai - India (with extensive international travel across India, Sharjah, Malaysia, and Europe)
- Reporting To: Business Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Multi-Site Leadership & Strategy
- Direct end-to-end execution of 2-GW class HVDC offshore converter platform schedules encompassing engineering, procurement, yard fabrication, marine transport, offshore installation, and commissioning.
- Synchronize multi-location workflows across international boundaries:
- Engineering: Coordinate detailed design and 3D modeling teams based in India and Sharjah.
- Fabrication: Oversee structural fabrication, outfitting, and mega-block assembly at Malaysia and the Kattupalli MFF (India).
- Offshore/Commissioning: Drive North Sea deployment and grid integration matching our clients legal and development frameworks.

2. Client, Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with our client (transmission system operator)



and global technology partner to deliver complex grid connection grids (e.g., IJmuiden Ver, Nederwiek, LanWin5).
- Manage rigorous regulatory, maritime, and utility compliance guidelines specific to European grid networks (Dutch and German North Sea jurisdictions).

3. Yard Operations, Marine Logistics & Offshore Installation
- Oversee construction readiness, heavy-lifting campaigns, and advanced skid/load-out logistics from coastal shipyard infrastructure.
- Manage global supply chains, critical marine vessel charters (heavy lift, jack-ups), hook-up campaigns, and high-stakes offshore commissioning.

4. Commercial, Risk & Project Governance
- Govern total project P&L;, meticulously tracking massive budgets, currency exposures, cash flows, and resource utilization across multiple subsidiaries.
- Mitigate technical, geographical, and geopolitical risks through robust contract administration, variance tracking, and aggressive change-management protocols.
