About the Role

TG Group is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design and construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare presentation drawings, construction documentation, and tender drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings for compliance with local building regulations and codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Review material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals from relevant authorities.
- Resolve technical issues during construction and provide design solutions.




- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building materials, and building codes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.
