We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead our apparel brand's growth, positioning, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the garment or fashion industry and be capable of developing brand strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
- Plan and manage seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with merchandising, design, sales, and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and online promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with e-commerce and marketplace teams to improve brand visibility and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage branding materials, product packaging, catalogs,



and marketing collateral.
- Build relationships with agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the apparel, fashion, or garment manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Experience with social media marketing, online marketplaces, and performance marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing tools is an advantage.
