to drive employee learning, capability development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement

Education, EdTech, FinTech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Technology sectors

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps across departments.

· Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, induction, behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.

· Create learning calendars, training content, assessments, and development frameworks.

· Track training effectiveness, employee progress, and learning outcomes through reports and analytics.





· Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across business, technology, sales, operations, training, and support functions.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely position closures.

· Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and professional networks.

· Coordinate interview scheduling, offer rollouts, onboarding, and candidate engagement activities.

· Support performance management, employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.

· Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave records, training documentation, and HR reports.

· Collaborate with internal and external trainers, institutions, and industry experts to enhance learning effectiveness.
