What You’ll Do

As a Patient Counselor, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice helping patients from around the world get the right treatment in India.

You’ll:
- Respond timely to international patient queries, mostly on whatsapp.
- Receieve medical history and medical reports from patients and share with operations team for treatment plan & cost estimate
- Guide, advise and assist patients in taking medical decisions.
- Coordinate with patients until their arrival in India and keep close virtual watch during their treatment process.
- Maintain lasting relationship with patients from around the world.

What We’re Looking For




- Bachelors / Masters Degree in any discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Warm, empathetic, and patient personality
- Comfortable using computers (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
- Prior experience in healthcare or counseling helps — but freshers with great communication skills are very welcome
