We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate furniture projects from order confirmation through production and delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between the sales team, customers, and production department to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate furniture projects from initial order confirmation to final delivery and installation.
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers, sales representatives, and the production team.
- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and customer expectations.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all departments meet scheduled deadlines.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding project details, changes, approvals, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure materials, resources, and manufacturing schedules are aligned with project commitments.
- Provide regular project status updates to management, sales personnel,



and customers.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Manage customer communications regarding production status, delivery schedules, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and installation activities where applicable.
- Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are communicated clearly to the production team.
- Support continuous improvement of project management and coordination processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or customer service, preferably in the furniture, interior fit-out, manufacturing, or construction industry.
