ZOA is looking for an energetic, well-connected, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to generate recent business and strengthen our presence across Jodhpur and nearby markets.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have strong local networks, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to bring business from corporate clients, travelers, event organisers, colleges, institutions, and city-based customer groups.
Responsibilities
- Generate corporate dining, meetings, employee gatherings, and business event bookings
- Build relationships with companies, offices, institutions, travel agents, hotels, concierges, tour operators, and transport partners
- Bring business from domestic and international travelers visiting Jodhpur
- Develop partnerships with colleges and universities for student events, farewells, freshers’ parties, celebrations, and group dining
- Generate leads for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, and private celebrations
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build tie-ups with local businesses, event planners, wedding planners, influencers, and community groups
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and events teams for smooth execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and track conversions, revenue, and client relationships
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in hospitality sales, restaurant sales, events, tourism, travel, corporate sales, or local business development
- Strong network in Jodhpur and surrounding markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in field sales, client meetings, and business development
- Target-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred
