SCM :-
1.Develop and execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP),RM & Job working planning based on production schedules and sales forecasts.

2.Ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support uninterrupted manufacturing.

3.Monitor safety stocks, Job work vendor stock & dispatch & receipt from vendors

4.JW Reconciliation physical /System stocks rectify theGRN issues .

5.focusing on time delivery

6.Manage inventory levels, forecast future requirements, and plan material requirements for smooth operations.

7.Prepare and analyse regular reports on production performance, trends, and KPIs
