About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Electric Vehicle (EV) Trainer
with a robust automobile background who can deliver practical and hands-on training to students aspiring to build careers in the EV industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Electric Vehicle technology.
- Train students on EV systems including batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, charging systems, power electronics, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Conduct live demonstrations and practical lab sessions.
- Explain vehicle architecture, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Develop training content, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students for placements and industry readiness.
- Keep training aligned with the latest EV technologies and market trends.





Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience in the automobile or EV industry.
- Hands-on experience with Electric Vehicles, battery systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with EV manufacturers, OEMs, service centers, or training institutes.
- Knowledge of CAN communication, battery management systems, motor controllers, charging infrastructure, and safety procedures.
- Industry certifications in EV technology will be an added advantage.
