*Role Summary*

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, researching, evaluating, and coordinating the acquisition of existing hotels, resorts, and villas across India. The role involves market research, property sourcing, liaison with brokers and owners, financial feasibility analysis, and end-to-end coordination until the transaction is completed.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Research and identify existing hotels, resorts, villas, and hospitality properties available for acquisition, lease,



or management opportunities across India.

* Conduct market research to evaluate property potential, location viability, competition, and revenue-generating opportunities.

* Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, consultants, and real estate agents.

* Prepare property comparison reports, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations for management review.

* Coordinate site visits and collect all relevant property information, including legal and commercial details.

* Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Legal, Projects, and Marketing during the evaluation and acquisition process.

* Track ongoing negotiations and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders until closure.

* Maintain a database of prospective properties and market intelligence.
