Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ichalkaranji. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues related to texIT and associated services. The specialist will guide customers through basic troubleshooting, system usage, and feature understanding,



escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. Day-to-day tasks include documenting interactions, tracking open cases, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and gathering feedback to help improve products and services. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience and supporting onboarding and training activities for recent customers.

Qualifications
- Robust Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction and improving overall Customer Experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and courteous interaction with diverse customer profiles.
