Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate cost control through regular monitoring of project expenses against budgets.
- Manage contractor billing, client billing, and quantity estimation for civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and prepare monthly bill status certificates (BOQ vs. actual).
- Prepare BOQ, tender documents, and estimates from drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in quantity surveying/quantity estimation/client billing/contractor billing/civil engineering.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
