Trustiv is an early-stage HR startup helping startups and growing businesses with Recruitment and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Reach out to founders and business owners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Book meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Maintain sales records and CRM.
- Work closely with the founder to help grow Trustiv.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Willing to learn and take ownership.

Working Hours
- Part-time (approximately 1–4 hours per day, depending on workload).
- Versatile working hours.
- Availability during business hours is mandatory for meetings, follow-ups, and team communication.
Compensation
- Expected fixed compensation: ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month.
- Probation Period: The first 2 months will be on probation with a fixed stipend of ₹3,000 per month.
- After successful completion of probation and based on performance, the fixed compensation will be reviewed and may increase up to ₹5,000 per month.
